NO REPLACEMENT HEADS!

I gave it two stars because I do love the product but when I saw these reviews when looking for replacement heads, I was quite upset. I've been contacting this company for months about replacement heads and this is how I actually found out. They couldn't even take the time to email me a reply. But now what am I supposed to do with a perfectly good toothbrush and charger with no way replace the heads? I have one head left. I guess this is why QVC was on charging $29.98? So, if anyone pays $80 for this you will be wasting your money. I'm not sure how this makes sense.

Stopped charging

While I was very excited to receive this when I purchased it from Qvc because of the round oscillating brush head, after only a few uses the toothbrush just stopped recharging. I put it on the base and the light lights up red to indicate that it is charging however after 48 hours of being on the base still no charge on the toothbrush at all. I am stuck with all these brush heads for a toothbrush that doesn’t even work.

Buyer Beware!

I bought this on QVC and thought it a great deal. It comes with some replacement brush heads at the time of purchase. However, I've now gone through those and it appears that even though the mechanism and charger are still in great shape, there is no way to purchase additional replacement brush heads! I first checked QVC and am now here directly on the manufacturer's site and still no option. There is only one set of replacement oscillating heads offered, however the 2800 is not listed as compatible. I am not likely to ever purchase anything Soniclean again!
