VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

When I ordered Pro4800 I thought it was Philips Sonicare but it is Soniclean (my bad) Box was supposed to include USB charger but I received wall plug charger. They did offer to send me correct one but wondered why it wasn't already included. I also had charging questions. Customer support never called me back so I called them. The seemed very unfamiliar with their product and it appeared to have one person responding to calls. I will keep and use this but my next purchase will be Philips Sonicare as I have owned in the past.
